Vertigo: Stop the Dizziness
by Geri Walton ~ October 21st, 2008
If you have vertigo, what causes the problem is that calcium carbonate crystals get displaced. If you want to stop the dizziness, there’s a maneuver that shifts the crystals to a less sensitive location in the ear. It’s called the Epley maneuver, and in one study the success rate was 93.4 percent.
Another exercise is the Brandt-Daroff exercises. These exercises take about fifteen minutes to complete, and the reoccurence rate after these exercises is around 30 percent.
A person who is wise beyond their years and of strong emotional stability. Someone who has more understanding of the world around them.
