FYI Beauty Secrets – Papayas

Papayas are fabulous to eat, beneficial to your health, and just as fabulous when applied topically to your skin. They nourish your skin with Vitamin A to increase and speed up new cell growth, and they’re also filled with beta-carotene, which helps to promote and protect the skin’s elasticity. When used as a peel, papayas fight aging because they reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and large pores.

You don’t even have to get fancy. You can just slice one open and use the pulp to make an instant and excellent face scrub, skin polisher, or exfoliator. If you have combination or oily skin, papaya will help. Just deseed, mash, and apply it for up to 15 minutes. It works miracles, and you’ll end up with a fabulous glow.
