How to Stop Forgetting and Remember

Sometimes you just can’t focus or remember something, no matter how hard you try. Here’s a tip to solve that problem, and it comes from the ancient yogis. It’s called Hakini Mudra.

Open the fingers on your hands extra wide, and then touch your hands together—thumb to thumb and fingers to fingers. Breath deeply and hold your hands in the position for at least two minutes.  

The position is good for the brain because it promotes cooperation between right and left brain hemispheres while also stimulating the right hemisphere where memory is stored. You’ll find Hakini Mudra helps you achieve improved concentration and a better memory.
